Dear Darren and CBT team,
Thank you ever so much for the great repair to my bike frame. I can now get back to training for the next transplant games events in August.
I have spoken to Richard Smith, coach of the team, and he would have no problem at all with you using any pictures to put on your website.
There are some good ones of the team on the website GB Transplant Cycling
Last year was my first year competing in the british transplant games and I won two bronze medals in my two events, the 5k tt and the 10km road race (on the bike you just repaired). This year I will be competing in the British games and the European games, I am very excited already.
The British team did very well last year in Durban during the World Transplant Games.
Richard is a great coach who invests much time and effort into the team and we stand a very good chance of performing well this year also.
Thank you once again for working your magic on my bike, I will stay in touch and let you know if I can win any medals with it this year...
Many thanks for the time and effort in doing such a great job on the frame. I was going to keep it as a spare frame, just in case. But then I saw it and it has now become my second/bad weather race bike. I have ridden it quite a few times now without any problem. This weekend was probably the ultimate test, it did the 140km version of the Tour of Flanders in 5 hours.
